Components and properties of lightweight concrete panel:

The carrier panel s made of lightweight concrete using extra-light fillers. Flammable and toxic admixtures are not used. Material rotting is excluded, even under continuous wet conditions.
Alkali resistance and frost resistance are given as well as a high resistance to inorganic acids and bases. Subsequent creep and shrinkage is moving in minimum range.
The TH-system is commended in terms of building biological sustainability as there is no content of PCB, PCP, TBTO, HON (still styrol), formaldehyde , asbestos fibers or mineral wool. The carrier delivers sound  absorption concerning impact noise and also heat insulation.

Cold stone is out - a homely atmosphere is conveyed.

The significant differences of Tiziano-Hybrid ® to other products are the process technology and its resulting technical advantages. Within the last decades Tiziano-Hybrid ® benefits from the experience of  the latest concrete processing technology .
Our process technology allows a simple manufacturing of the panels, and we can manufacture the carrier in an almost infinitely variable thickness from 11 mm to 30 mm.
A lamination on both sides with natural stone, and the lining of visible edges , smooth or with shape profiles is possible.
